I think that this would be good information to show FSBO's. I am going to make a book just for the FSBO's that I am marketing to, with their name on it, that includes statistics and tips on selling their home, so that when I go look at their house for "potential buyers", they will feel like I prepared the book just for them..... kind of like a marketing book! Thanks.
